Triveni Infra Build has efficiently used its strength of National and International experience know-how including structural design, project management, cost-effective procurement, and construction including electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation work for developing commercial, residential, industrial & plots. Mr.Deepak Shah

A first-generation real estate developer and an entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience and knowledge of the industry, Mr. Deepak Shah is the founder and chairman of Triveni Infra Build. He pursued Civil engineering from B&B Polytechnic Vallabh Vidhyanagar.

Mr.Dhruvin Shah

A Second Gen Developer, Mr. Dhruvin Shah pursued his Bachelors in Civil Engineering from GTU, Ahmedabad later he enhanced his expertise by pursuing Masters in Real Estate Development from Pratt Institute, New York.

Dhruvin had foreseen that to understand the market and the buying behavior of the customers he must understand the key aspects of the real estate business. And that’s what he pursued during the early days of his career, Dhruvin worked at Compass Real Estate, a leading real estate brokerage firm & as a Real Estate Analyst at First Service Residential New York Inc. This experience led him to gain a better understanding of the market and the minds of the prospects which assisted him to perform better in the Indian real estate sector.

He firmly believes that the Indian real estate sector is anticipating steep growth; it is necessary that real estate development take place in a very healthy and efficient manner.

Dhruvin Shah’s ultimate goal is to leverage his expertise to create a social impact on the built environment.
